Members of the Board of Trustees are charged with setting overall policy and direction for the Lehigh Valley Academy Regional Charter School.  Specific duties are listed in the school's By-Laws and the term of office  for Trustees is three years.  Each Trustee is required to attend  monthly Board Meetings and work sessions and to serve as a liaison to various school committees and organizations.
